If you run one rental and want guests to find the Wi-Fi password, Touch Stay may be more software than you need. If you manage a growing portfolio and want scheduled messages, integrations, and upsells, myHouseGuide may be too focused.
Their scope separates them. myHouseGuide provides a focused, low-cost house manual. Touch Stay provides a broader guest communication platform.
This comparison uses public product and pricing information checked on August 19, 2026. Plans change, so confirm the final price with each provider before buying.

Touch Stay now uses Starter, Growth, and Pro plans. Its pricing page asks for the type of guide, property count, currency, and billing schedule before showing a figure. That makes a live quote more reliable than an old price copied from a review site.
myHouseGuide publishes all three prices on its pricing page. Each plan includes unlimited properties, custom house manuals, QR codes, Wi-Fi QR codes, and property recommendations.
myHouseGuide focuses on the guide; Touch Stay adds guest operations
Hosts use myHouseGuide to give guests one clear place to find property information. They can add sections for arrival, Wi-Fi, rules, contacts, pets, quirks, local recommendations, and appliance instructions. Guests open the guide in a browser, with no account or app.
Touch Stay starts with the same guidebook job, then extends into guest operations. Its current plan comparison lists scheduled messages, guest-specific links, time-based access, contact collection, an ecommerce store, integrations, team management, and performance analytics. The Touch Stay feature table also lists offline and PDF guidebooks, shared content management, and Google Places recommendations.
Those extras are useful when the guidebook is part of a larger communication process. They also create more settings to choose and maintain.
Each product starts with existing material differently
myHouseGuide lets a host upload an existing PDF or images, or paste rough notes. AI sorts that source material into proposed property fields. The host reviews each field before it becomes part of the guide. This works well when the useful information already exists but needs a cleaner home.
Touch Stay can create a guidebook from an online listing. It also provides templates, a Content Hub for shared information, and a network of independent guidebook creators for customers who want hands-on help. Its demo hub shows the setup and guest views before you start a trial.

Touch Stay suits automated messages and integrations
Touch Stay is the stronger option when a reservation should trigger the next action. Its plans can connect booking data, schedule pre-arrival and checkout messages, limit guide access by time, and display content based on booking source.
It also supports products and services inside the guest experience. A manager can offer early check-in, equipment rental, or another paid extra without sending the guest to a separate list.
myHouseGuide does not currently include PMS integrations, scheduled guest messaging, a CRM, or an upsell store. You share its link through the booking message you already use. For a solo host, that may be enough. For a team handling hundreds of arrivals, it may create work that Touch Stay can automate.
myHouseGuide wins on simple, predictable pricing
myHouseGuide costs the same whether you add one property or several. The $50 annual plan works out to about $4.17 per month, while the lifetime plan reaches the same cash cost as two annual renewals.
Touch Stay prices by use case, property count, currency, plan, and billing schedule. Annual billing can save up to 30%, according to its current pricing page. That model lets larger operators pay for more operational features, but it takes a calculator result to know the total.
A manager who needs automated messages may save more time with Touch Stay than the subscription difference. A host who sends one saved arrival message may not need those features.
What guests receive
Both products let guests open a mobile-friendly guide through a web link. Each supports QR-code access, brand styling, local recommendations, and content updates without replacing the original link.
myHouseGuide also supports guest-facing translations, printable guides, photos and videos, map-based recommendations, Wi-Fi QR codes, and searchable sections. You can see the flow in the live guest guide demo.
Touch Stay adds offline access, PDF output, content feedback, dynamic text, and guest-specific delivery. It says its guidebooks work across devices and can include video, map pins, links, and other embedded content on its guidebook product page.
